No Returns
Due to the nature of our cream products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we'll guide you through the process. We'll refund you for the damaged or incorrect product once we've received and inspected it.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the damaged or incorrect product. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
